Dante' Williams, more popularly known online as Dtay, is a social media content creator who shot into prominence with his TikTok and YouTube channel. His comedy content, song parodies, dancing videos and mini vlogs on the two platforms have earned him millions of followers. He has also released his single For Da Dash in 2018. He is associated with the Select Management Group.
Early Life
Dtay initially attended Heritage High School and thereafter joined the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. From there, he graduated in Business Administration in May 2020.
Social Media Career
Dtay’s initial foray into the social media world was through Twitter where he debuted in April 2012; however, it was on TikTok and You Tube that he found fame. His TikTok channel, where he posts original dance videos, comedy skits and mini-vlogs, is followed by millions of fans. With his rising popularity, he was invited to participate in a TikTok event called ‘History Month Creator Summit’ in March 2020.
Dtay created his You Tube channel in September 2014 and began uploading videos, but became consistent only in 2018. Initially, his content included a variety such as dances, challenges, reaction videos and vlogs. His subscribers grew, but it was only after he decided to concentrate on comedy content that his channel began growing massively. On his channel, he is also known for uploading several popular song parody videos. He created his second You Tube channel – More of Dtay Known – in May 2019. Here, he shares more of his fun content as well as gaming videos and shorts. He is also a part of the TrunksPlays gaming channel.
For his videos, Dtay has collaborated with several other social media content creators like TheBlackTrunks, Jonas Bridges, Nups and Devin Williams. He has also collaborated with various brands like Fashion Nova. On his You Tube channel, he advertised for the RAID: Shadow Legends computer game too.
In 2018, he released his single titled For Da Dash, the music video of which is available on his YouTube channel. He is managed by Select Management Group.

The real name of Dtay is Dante' Williams and he has a younger brother named Devin Williams who is also quite popular on social media.
Trivia
Dtay is fond of playing basketball. He has a pet golden doodle whose name is Charley Williams.
